Café Barista Assistant

Egnatia Aviation, based at Lydia Aerodrome, is Greece’s first General Aviation Hub and a vibrant international community of students, aviation professionals, and visitors from around the world.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Café Barista Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in coffee making, and confidence preparing a variety of hot and cold drinks. You should provide excellent customer service, work well in a busy environment, and help keep the café clean and organised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other drinks

• Take customer orders and handle payments

• Communicate clearly with customers in English
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Restock supplies when needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in coffee making is essential
• Good spoken English is required
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Flexibility to work weekends and different shifts
