We are now expanding our team and are looking for a captain to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at the three Michelin starred Restaurant Frantzén.
The successful candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience within a Michelin star environment.
- Will be expected to provide the highest levels of service to our guests and gain extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu.
- Has excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for delivering first class service and a willingness to learn are essential in this role.
- Is a team player and assist throughout the restaurant by ensuring that every opportunity to give high-quality service is completed. Teamwork is essential and required by all our staff.
