About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns who are passionate about education and social impact. This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with Government School students, support career guidance initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in the education and development sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of education and career guidance programs in Government Schools.
  • Conduct student interaction, awareness, and career guidance sessions.
  • Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining reports, documentation, and field data collection.
  • Support student engagement activities and follow-up actions.
  • Travel regularly to assigned schools and project locations for program implementation.
  • Ensure timely submission of field reports and activity updates.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and project reviews.
Duration & Location
  • Duration : 4 to 5 Month
  • Location : Sundargarh, Bonai, Panposh and jharsuguda
  • Stipend : 10 to 15k

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduate or final-year undergraduate student from any discipline.
  • Strong interest in the Education and Social Development sector.
  • Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work in field locations.
  • Must possess a personal bike for field travel.
  • Candidates with a laptop will be preferred for reporting and documentation work.
  • Ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and community stakeholders.

Desired Skills

  • Basic knowledge of career guidance and student counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Good documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
