Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking dedicated and dependable Overnight Sales Associates to support our stores during the late-night hours. If you're a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during overnight shifts
- Operate the POS system to accurately ring up sales, including lottery, fuel, and prepaid cards
- Restock shelves and rotate merchandise using FIFO method to ensure freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store throughout the shift
- Operate and maintain food and beverage machines such as coffee and fountain drinks
- Follow all safety, loss prevention, and age-restricted sale laws
- Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and deposits
- Assist customers with fuel pumps, car wash, and other services as needed
- Complete all required training and shift duties
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual with strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
- Able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladders
- Willing to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour.
