Casual Security Officer - Kwinana Sites & Pinjar

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Casual Security Officers to join our team across our Kwinana and Pinjar sites in Western Australia.

About the Role

As a Casual Security Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' facilities, assets, and personnel. This position offers a variety of duties in a dynamic industrial environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct access control and visitor management duties
Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms
Perform regular patrols and inspections of site facilities
Complete electronic reporting and incident documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors
Ensure compliance with site procedures, client requirements, and MSS Security standards
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first-response support when required

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Current WA Security Officer Licence
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work rotational shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
Intermediate computer skills and experience using reporting systems
