Category Intern – General Merchandise
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Stipend: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month

About the Role
We're looking for a Category Intern to support our General Merchandise team in managing assortment, analyzing business performance, and driving day-to-day category operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to retail buying, merchandising, pricing, vendor coordination, and business analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze category sales, pricing, and inventory data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel.
- Support category managers with assortment planning and product listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Maintain accurate category data and documentation.
- Assist in day-to-day business operations and special projects.
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year students or recent graduates from Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and large datasets.
- Previous internship or project experience involving analytics, MIS, business operations, or merchandising is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English or Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
- Available to work from our Bangalore office for 3–6 months.
