CDU Mfg Sup. Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily process engineering activities on the CDU assembly line.
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes operate within defined parameters, meet quality standards, and continuously improve in efficiency and stability.
• Monitor and enforce standard operation procedures and work instructions for each CDU assembly station.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework and defect rates.
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting to production when process issues arise.
• Specify, validate and maintain assembly fixtures and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at least, master’s preferred.
• 5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates manufacturing process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with lean tools and strong problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of production manufacturing processes, brazing, leak testing, assembly and so on.
• Good organizational and coordination skills and service awareness.
• Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
