Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week travel assignment at Progressive Rehab Solutions at Springlake Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in Shreveport, Louisiana. The position is based in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting and offers a schedule of five 8-hour day shifts.
The COTA will work as part of the rehabilitation therapy team and provide occupational therapy support to patients receiving skilled care. Responsibilities include supporting patient rehabilitation and functional goals while collaborating with occupational therapists, rehabilitation professionals, nursing staff, and other members of the patient care team. Candidates should be comfortable working in a skilled nursing environment and providing appropriate occupational therapy services within their scope of practice. This assignment is suited for a COTA looking for a structured daytime travel position in Louisiana.
