Change Communications Specialist, Autoliv Tunisia

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of organizational change initiatives at Autoliv El Fahs through effective internal communication, leadership communication, and employee engagement activities.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Develop and deliver internal communication and change communication plans to support business transformation.

• Partner with leaders, HR, and regional communications teams to drive clear, consistent messaging.

• Create communication materials such as presentations, town halls, leadership messages, FAQs, and employee updates.

• Coach leaders and managers on effective communication and employee engagement.

• Manage internal communication channels and ensure high-quality, engaging content.

• Facilitate employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and two-way communication initiatives.

• Measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Change Communications, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development.

• Proven experience supporting leaders through organizational change and transformation.

• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across all organizational levels.

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Fluent English required; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
