Accenture’s Talent & Organisation practice helps clients unlock the potential of their people and successfully navigate large-scale transformation.
We are looking for experienced change management professionals with experience leading the people, change, learning and adoption aspects of transformation to join our Brisbane team and support clients through complex people, business and technology-enabled change.
The work
As part of our Talent & Organisation practice, you will:
Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans
Conduct stakeholder, change impact and business readiness assessments
Design and deliver communication, engagement and adoption activities
Develop training strategies, learning plans and supporting materials
Work closely with leaders and project teams to prepare people for new systems, processes and ways of working
Build trusted client relationships and contribute to successful transformation outcomes
Support the growth of our change management capability and broader T&O practice
What we’re looking for
You will bring experience in organisational change management, supported by strong stakeholder engagement, communication and project delivery skills.
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly regarded:
Workday-enabled transformation
SAP S/4HANA transformation
Training strategy, design and delivery
Higher education
Government or public sector
Large-scale business or workforce transformation
Consulting or complex client-facing environments
You’ll be a collaborative and adaptable professional who is passionate about helping organisations bring their people along the transformation journey.
