Channel Sales Representative – Italy, UK & Eastern Europe

About this role

Context

Veesion is a fast-growing scale-up (Series B) deploying AI-powered theft detection in thousands of retail stores across the world. We sell directly to SMB retailers in selected countries, with an emerging mid-market motion and a fast-growing indirect channel through resellers, integrators and distribution partners. We believe the indirect channel is the company's next growth engine. Theft is a global problem, so the market is global, and partners let us reach far more of it than direct sales ever could on its own. Partners also let us serve the customer better where it counts: the full in-store security setup, upgrading and improving the camera network, getting the activation right, and onboarding the users properly. In many configurations a local partner does this better than we can from a distance. We are around 150 people, growing fast, and the indirect team is where we are investing to scale.

Missions

The indirect channel is growing faster than the team that runs it. We are looking for a Channel Sales Representative to join the indirect team, recruit new partners and grow the ones we have across your territory, and raise the bar on how partners are activated and how cleanly they deploy. Three outcomes, one owner.

Your primary territory is Italy, the UK and Eastern Europe, and you will most likely also cover one or more secondary territories so that, together, the indirect team covers all of EMEA. You need to be effective across more than one market, and comfortable with the language and buyer differences that come with it.

1. Recruit new partners and grow a portfolio of channel partners

You bring in new resellers, integrators and distributors, and turn existing partners into producing partners, geo by geo. You are their first call, their deal support, and the person holding them to a roll-out plan.

  • Recruit new partners in your territory using your network in security, IT and retail.

  • Own partner relationships end to end: cadence, pipeline reviews, deal support, roll-out coordination.

  • Hit partner-sourced and partner-influenced targets. You carry a number.

  • Co-sell with the direct team on shared accounts, passing leads both ways.

  • Manage difficult partner conversations and route issues to the right team internally.

2. Make partners self-sufficient and raise deployment quality

You make partners commercially self-sufficient aligned on targets, coached through early deals until they can run the sales motion alone. Partner Enablement owns technical onboarding; you own the commercial side. You also ensure deployment quality (equipment setup, camera network, activation, end-user onboarding) happens correctly through the partner.

  • Align with each partner on account targeting and joint sales plan.

  • Coach partners on qualifying, positioning, objection handling and closing.

  • Equip partners with tools and proof points (with Partner Enablement/Marketing).

  • Run partner tiering and market development funds.

  • Ensure activation and onboarding are done right by the partner, not you.

3. Build the channel as you go

Process maturity is still light you build your patch of the business like an entrepreneur, closing gaps rather than waiting for a process to exist, and turning what works into repeatable patterns for the team.

You’re a Great Match If you have

  • An established network in the security, IT and retail industries (CCTV, EAS, guarding, integrators, distribution). This is a real asset for recruiting partners fast, and we weight it heavily. You know how these players buy, sell and deploy, and you can open doors on day one. You also understand the structure of independent retailers, franchises, multi-store accounts and the way they decide.

  • A track record in channel or partner sales: resellers, integrators or distributors. You have recruited partners and grown partner-sourced revenue, not just managed a relationship.

  • Resourceful, autonomous and curious, with an entrepreneurial build instinct. You create your patch of business rather than wait for a machine to be handed to you. You set your own priorities and refuse to let a stalled roll-out sit. This is a dominant trait we are recruiting for, and it is non-negotiable.

  • Commercial drive. You carry a number and you fight to hit it, finding the next angle when the easy path is not enough.

  • Languages. Fluent Italian and strong English are required for this territory. Working proficiency

in other Eastern European languages is valued. French is useful for internal collaboration.

  • Comfortable with AI tooling. We have adopted AI heavily inside Veesion, and Claude is part of the daily workflow: partner prep, follow-up drafts, roll-out tracking. We look for someone who already works this way, or at least has the mindset and the appetite to. You will have a Claude subscription on day one.

  • Be part of a collaborative and passionate team focused on customer success and revenue growth.

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

  • Opportunity for career growth and professional development within a rapidly expanding global company.
