Our client is a reputed organization in the Chemical / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Perform routine inspections of plant machinery and systems. Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Record and maintain operational logs and reports. Support production teams to achieve process efficiency targets. Follow SOPs and GMP requirements where applicable. Required Skills Process Plant Operations – Experience operating industrial process systems. Equipment Monitoring – Ability to monitor plant performance parameters. Mechanical Troubleshooting – Diagnose equipment faults and failures. Process Safety Compliance – Understanding of industrial safety procedures. Documentation & Reporting – Accurate recording of operational activities. Preferred Skills GMP knowledge in pharmaceutical environments. Preventive maintenance planning. Environmental compliance awareness. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or process plant operations and equipment handling. Experience in industrial manufacturing environments and exposure to plant maintenance activities will be advantageous.
