We have an urgent requirement for the following position in Saudi Arabia.
Position: Civil Estimation Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: Basic SAR 5,000 – 6,500 (Based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Review ITB documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
Prepare Technical Clarification Requests (TQs) and incorporate client responses into estimates.
Review geotechnical reports, topographical reports, and underground utility/radar mapping reports.
Perform quantity take-offs from engineering and preliminary drawings.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, overheads, and indirect costs.
Develop accurate man-hour estimates based on project scope and productivity norms.
Prepare detailed estimates for Greenfield and Brownfield EPC projects.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Project Management teams during bid preparation.
Identify project risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.
Prepare bid summaries, commercial proposals, cost comparison sheets, and support post-award budget reviews and change order pricing.

Earthworks & Excavation for Pipelines and FOC Lines
Trenching & Backfilling
Concrete Foundations, Thrust Blocks, Metering Skids, Pipe & Valve Supports
Road Crossings & Reinstatement Works
HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling)
Micro Tunneling
Valve Chambers, Manholes, and Underground Civil Structures
EPC, Brownfield & Greenfield Projectsstimation, and techno-commercial proposal preparation.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and SEC standards will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Estimation / Proposal Engineering.
Strong experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utility, or Infrastructure sectors.
