Civil Foreman (Landscaping)

Estimating materials and labor costs for specific projects Coordinating the work performed by other construction workers on a project site, including skilled laborers and unskilled laborers Scheduling work crews to ensure that projects are completed on time Coordinating with architects or engineers to ensure that construction plans meet building codes and standards Reviewing blueprints and other construction plans to determine feasibility of design ideas Requirements High school diploma Relevant certificate may be required. Knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping. On-the-job training as a landscape crew member. Experience in a leadership role would be advantageous. Ability to provide clear written and verbal instructions
