  • Verify compliance with Thai Industrial Standards (TIS), Ministry of Interior building regulations, and data centre-specific design criteria (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier requirements, seismic/wind loading, floor loading for IT racks and mechanical plant)
  • Review and approve contractor ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), checklists, and QA/QC documentation
  • Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and track corrective actions to closure

Coordination & Interface Management

  • Coordinate civil/structural/architectural interfaces with MEP, fire protection, and security systems installation to avoid clashes and rework
  • Liaise with design consultants on RFIs, site queries, and design clarifications
  • Coordinate with surveyors on setting-out, levels, and as-built verification
  • Support interface management between structural trades and specialist data hall fit-out (raised floors, containment, cable trays)

Safety & Risk Management

  • Enforce HSE requirements on-site for all civil/structural/architectural activities, including work-at-height, lifting operations, excavation, and confined space work where applicable
  • Participate in toolbox talks, JSA reviews, and permit-to-work processes
  • Support incident investigation and implementation of corrective actions for civil works

Schedule, Cost & Reporting

  • Monitor progress against baseline program; flag delays and support recovery planning
  • Verify contractor quantities and progress claims for civil/structural/architectural scope
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress photographs, and QA/QC records
  • Support variation assessment and technical evaluation of contractor claims

Handover

  • Support snagging/de-snagging, punch list closure, and as-built drawing verification for civil/structural/architectural works
  • Ensure documentation (test certificates, warranties, O&M inputs) is compiled for project handover

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (or related field)
  • 8–15+ years of construction supervision experience, with prior exposure to industrial, mission-critical, or data centre projects strongly preferred
  • Proven experience supervising reinforced concrete structures, structural steel, and building envelope works on large-scale industrial or commercial facilities
  • Experience working within a PMCM, EPC, or main contractor site organization
  • Familiarity with Thai regulatory approval processes (building permits, EIA coordination) is an advantage

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Thai building codes, TIS standards, and local construction practices
  • Working knowledge of data centre-specific structural considerations (raised access floors, heavy MEP plant loading, seismic bracing for critical equipment)
  • Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and shop drawings
  • Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and standard QA/QC documentation systems
  • Working knowledge of Thai and English (technical report writing and contractor coordination)

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Registered Civil Engineer or Architect license (Council of Engineers Thailand / Architect Council of Thailand), where applicable to scope of supervision
  • OSHA/site safety training relevant to Thai construction sites
  • Confined space, work-at-height, or lifting supervision certifications as required by project HSE plan
