Who are we?
Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems or the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market, and a wide range of analytical applications. The high-quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems are assembled in both clean room and non-clean room environments. As a service provider, Frencken Mechatronics also produces high-quality precision components and modules for leading clients in the high-tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Cleanroom Assembly: Perform assembly of precision components in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and contamination control protocols.
Helicoils Installation: Install Helicoils into components as per engineering specifications and standards. Ensure proper installation to maintain component integrity and performance.
Helium Leak Testing: Conduct helium leak testing on assembled components to ensure they meet leak-tightness requirements. Identify and address any leaks or defects.
Quality Control: Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Document inspection results and report any non-conformities.
Process Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assembly processes, including work instructions, inspection records, and test results.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that assembly and testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Report any equipment issues to the maintenance team.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure smooth assembly processes and high-quality output.
Qualifications:
Education: Technical Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cleanroom assembly, preferably in the precision manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in Helicoils installation and helium leak testing.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other precision assembly techniques and testing methods.
Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards.
Additional Information:
Work Environment: This position requires working in a cleanroom environment. Adherence to cleanroom protocols and dress codes is mandatory.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle small to large (<1000mm) components with precision.
