Edurio is on its way to improving education quality globally and we’re looking for great people to join us on the journey.
We help schools and school groups survey their parents, pupils, and staff to build organisations where people thrive. We currently work with over 2000 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia and are planning to grow significantly in the next year.
As a Client Services Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring every survey we deliver lands well: helping trust leaders move from data to action, and making sure each survey cycle is executed brilliantly from kick-off to results.
Own your point of contact's experience of the whole facilitated survey project — from survey design through to results review and follow-through
Use Edurio’s existing survey bank to create high-quality surveys that meet the client’s needs
Guide customers from survey results to action, helping them understand what their data is telling them, identify priorities, communicate findings to staff, and plan practical next steps or follow-up surveys
Keep on top of the education landscape and Edurio's own product developments, and understand where client needs are shifting
Contribute to the ongoing development of the offering by collaborating with our product and partnerships teams: both escalation of issues and sharing of ideas to go further
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Experience or interest in the education sector (preferably in the UK or other English-speaking countries)
An interest in how organisations work, and how data can help to improve the way organisations run
Experience or interest in research (preferably with survey design)
Experience managing multiple projects at once which require both longer-term planning and adapting on the go
Proficiency with technology and some experience using AI to improve your work
The attitudes we'd like to see:
Ownership: You do what you said you would do, and take responsibility for how it lands with the client - not just for completing the task
Genuine care: You build real relationships with clients and colleagues, assume good intentions, and do the right thing rather than the easy thing
Openness: You communicate honestly, don't shy away from difficult conversations, and give and receive feedback well
Growth: You're curious about how things could work better, and you act on what you learn rather than defaulting to how it's always been done
Experience in growing in an international company and a chance to have an impact on education quality
Feedback-based work culture which highly values transparency and team well-being
Flexible working time and location, but with a cosy office in the Riga center
Gross salary range: €1,900-2,100 depending on experience, as well as company share options, paid phone plan and health insurance
