Nurse Generation is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a strong residential aged care background to join an exciting short-term project supporting aged care providers across New South Wales and potentially other states.
This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled clinicians who enjoy care planning, clinical documentation and improving resident outcomes, while experiencing a variety of aged care environments.
Our clients rely on us to provide experienced clinicians when additional support is needed. The work can be intensive, but it is incredibly rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside dedicated aged care teams.
About the Role
As a Clinical Documentation & Care Planning Specialist, you will work onsite within residential aged care homes, partnering with clinical teams to review, develop and enhance resident care plans and clinical documentation.
The role involves travelling to sites across NSW and staying onsite for approximately one week at a time, before moving to the next location or returning. This is a Monday to Friday position, allowing you to return home between project rotations where practical. This is not shift work.

About You
To be successful you will have:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Extensive experience within Australian Residential Aged Care
Advanced knowledge of care planning and clinical documentation
Experience with eCase & Bestmed
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and quickly build rapport with onsite teams
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW
