Lead Clinical Engineering strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network.
Partner with hospital executives to improve performance, enhance technology management, and deliver measurable business results.
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Clinical Engineering leaders and teams.
Drive regulatory readiness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the network.

What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of Clinical Engineering experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing people and operations.
Experience with regulatory compliance, financial management, contracts, costing, and medical equipment management.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic leadership skills.
