Clinical Ethics Specialist

Job Responsibilities: • Provide timely and confidential ethics consultations to healthcare providers, staff, and patients/families facing ethical dilemmas. • Facilitate discussions and mediate conflicts related to patient care, resource allocation, and professional conduct. • Collaborate with leadership to develop, review and update ethical policies, guidelines and procedures in alignment with organization's mission and values. • Ensure compliance with national and international ethics standards and regulations • Design and deliver ethics training Programs for health care providers and staff to enhance their understanding of ethical principles and decision-making frameworks • Facilitate ethics committee meetings and ensure follow up on recommendations Requirements Qualification • Master’s degree in Bioethics, Medical Ethics, Healthcare Ethics, or a related field (PhD preferred). • Clinical background (e.g., nursing, medicine, or allied health) is highly desirable. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical ethics, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
