Part of the WSA Group, Bloom Hearing Specialists operates a growing network of hearing care clinics across Australia and New Zealand. As we continue to strengthen clinical excellence and customer outcomes across our network, we're looking for an experienced Clinical Performance Manager ANZ to lead clinical capability, governance and performance across our retail business.

This is more than a traditional clinical leadership role.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations ANZ, you'll provide strategic leadership and governance for clinical performance across our ANZ retail network.

Working closely with Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Specialists, Retail Leadership and Global Retail Functions, you'll ensure clinical standards, capability frameworks and governance processes support both exceptional customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days in the Milton Office, 1 day working from home

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Clinical Capability & Performance

  • Lead delivery of the Clinical Skills Framework across the retail network.

  • Provide coaching, leadership and development support to Clinical Supervisors and Clinical Specialists.

  • Establish capability priorities aligned to customer and business needs.

  • Drive achievement of healthcare professional capability and performance outcomes.

  • Oversee onboarding and clinical integration of newly recruited hearing care professionals. [

Drive Clinical Governance & Quality

  • Maintain clinical governance frameworks, standards and policies.

  • Drive clinical quality, audit outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor clinical performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Lead corrective actions arising from audits, reviews and investigations.

  • Act as the escalation point for clinical quality concerns and critical incidents.

Support Retail Academy & Clinical Excellence

  • Act as the clinical subject matter expert for Retail Academy content and learning pathways.

  • Ensure learning programs align with clinical standards and reimbursement requirements.

  • Support development of ongoing professional development programs.

  • Maintain contemporary clinical knowledge and industry best practice standards.

Partner to Deliver Commercial Success

  • Support execution of clinical initiatives and product launches.

  • Work with retail leadership to improve productivity and commercial effectiveness.

  • Align clinical priorities with customer outcomes and business objectives.

  • Ensure clinical standards support sustainable commercial performance.

Build Stakeholder Relationships & Industry Presence

  • Represent Bloom Hearing Specialists in professional, industry and regulatory forums.

  • Build strong relationships with clinical teams, retail leadership and support functions.

  • Partner with global retail functions to ensure consistency and best practice.

  • Provide expertise on reimbursement clinical requirements and compliance matters.

About You

You're an experienced clinical leader who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes, developing people and driving high standards of clinical performance.

You'll bring:

  • 10+ years experience in audiology, hearing healthcare or a related clinical environment.

  • Strong leadership experience in clinical capability, quality and governance.

  • Proven experience coaching and developing healthcare professionals.

  • Strong understanding of clinical compliance, audit processes and risk management.

  • Experience driving performance improvement across multi-site healthcare or retail environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • A university qualification in Audiology or a related healthcare discipline.

  • Commercial awareness combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
