Job Summary:

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you perform ambulatory care clinical pharmacist functions and must be willing to cover at any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site as needed. 

In this role, you will manage referred patients’ medication therapy and communicate with patients and other pharmacists. 

You will contribute to the education of pharmacy residents, students and medical students as needed.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) 
  • Completed a PGY-1 (Post Graduate Year 1) pharmacy residency (for all new hires) or at least two to three years of hospital pharmacy experience (for any previous hires) 
  • Registered pharmacist (RPh) licensed in state of practice. Must obtain other state license within 1 year of hire.  
  • BLS
