Via Medica in association with International SOS, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Student Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, counselling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to students while promoting a positive and inclusive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual counselling.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
- Develop treatment plans and maintain confidential clinical records.
- Collaborate with academic and student support teams to enhance student wellbeing.
- Facilitate mental health awareness programs and psychoeducational workshops.
- Refer students to external healthcare providers when appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
- Valid DOH License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in a school, college, or university setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and case management skills.
