Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a portfolio of clinical trials across one or more Therapeutic Areas, ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through study close-out.

  • Drive study performance by ensuring enrollment, quality, timelines, milestones, and compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and our standards.  

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, quality plans, and risk mitigation approaches to ensure optimal execution of the clinical trial portfolio.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Managers, fostering high performance, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external collaborators, including investigators, sites, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Contribute to country and global strategic initiatives, supporting the growth of clinical research capabilities and the successful delivery of the development pipeline.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in clinical research operations, including clinical trial management, project leadership, and team management.  

  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, clinical trial processes, and the local clinical research environment.  

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a global and cross-functional environment.  

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution, manage change, influence stakeholders, and build long-term partnerships.
