Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
- Active, independent license in D.C. (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
