CNC Operator (Machining & Metal Fabrication Specialist)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machining, metal fabrication, and blueprint interpretation, along with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and precision machining.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical blueprints, 3D drawings, and machining schematics

Set up and operate CNC machines for production runs, ensuring proper configuration and alignment with specifications

Input and adjust CNC programming codes, including feed rates, speeds, and cutting paths

Perform precision machining and rework of metal components to meet exact tolerances

Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools

Conduct quality control checks to ensure all parts meet design and production standards

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing workspace in compliance with safety standards
Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with EnRoute and/or Fusion 360 software and MultiCam CNC machines (required)

Experience with CO2 and Fiber laser cutting systems (Boss Laser or similar) is a plus

Strong knowledge of metalworking, machining processes, and CNC programming

Ability to interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and orthographic projections

Proficiency in mathematics, mechanical concepts, and basic materials science

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to analyze production data and generate accurate reports
