About this role
This position is working in a well-established family business with a mixed portfolio of industries and clients, there is a wide range of work you will undertake from commercial joinery, healthcare, doors and other bespoke projects. Our products are unique, and we produce work that is delivered nationwide. The CNC you would be operating is an SCM 3 axis machine with a 6000mm x 1200mm bed. This technology brings cutting edge results utilising the technology to produce the highest quality designs in the industry. We require someone with strong attention to detail, high standards with a work ethic to match. This is a busy role, and we need a capable switched-on individual who enjoys a challenging environment. You will work well in a team, working under pressure to complete multiple projects. There will be times you are required to do site measurements and accuracy is paramount. You will need to be able to work unsupervised at times and control your workload accordingly. To be successful for this position we do have some minimum requirements that include: • Experience with CAD detailing and CNC production • Understanding of Xilog. • The programs we use are: Alphacam and Polyboard • Ability to read and interpret plans from architects and clients to produce detailed working drawings • Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a CNC machine. This is a Fulltime permanent role with overtime available. Payrate is dependent on experience but we offer a competitive rate with other benefits that include Health insurance.
