We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Therapist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Services:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and treatment goals.
- Provide individual and group CBT sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
- Treatment Planning and Evaluation:

- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Client Support:

- Educate clients and their families about CBT principles and techniques to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Collaboration and Professional Development:

- Stay current with research and best practices in CBT and mental health treatment through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Master’s in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional
- Specialized training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
