What You'll Do
As a Commercial Associate, you will welcome and assist customers with product recommendations and home furnishing solutions.
- Actively promote and sell IKEA products and services.
- Maintain attractive product displays, accurate pricing, and good product availability.
- Support store merchandising and visual presentation to keep the store inspiring and easy to shop.
- Promote online and in-store shopping solutions that make shopping convenient for customers.
- Support cashiering and customer service activities when needed.
- Help maintain stock accuracy, store readiness, and safety standards.
- Use digital tools and systems to support daily operations.
As part of IKEA Kuching's flexible operating model, you may also support other areas such as Customer Relations, Fulfilment, and IKEA Food based on business needs.
