Job Description

As a Communication Analyst with a focus on Security Awareness at Ubisoft Montréal, you will contribute to the development and execution of security awareness initiatives that help reduce human-related security risks through education, communication, and engagement. Working in the Security Awareness Team, you’ll support training programs, communication strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

 

What you’ll do

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the Security Awareness Program roadmap and support assigned objectives and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain engaging security awareness training content for Ubisoft’s learning management system
  • Create and execute communication plans aligned with Security and Risk Management priorities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership teams to produce clear and accessible communications across multiple channels
  • Design engaging visual communication materials, including infographics and awareness assets
  • Support initiatives that encourage positive security behaviors and employee engagement
  • Manage the Security and Risk Management team’s presence on internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the corporate intranet
  • Support operational activities related to the awareness program, including phishing simulations and information requests
  • Translate technical security concepts into content adapted for a wide range of audiences
  • Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of awareness initiatives and training materials

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

  • Experience in business communication, project coordination, or instructional design
  • Understanding of information technology and cybersecurity concepts
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to different audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience creating engaging visual communication content
  • Understanding of organizational culture and its impact on learning and collaboration
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and communication approaches
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to managing priorities and projects
