Communications Assistant

Cosmax is looking for a motivated Communications & Influencer Coordinator to support publicity, influencer, and social media initiatives across our brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand communications and influencer marketing. What You’ll Do Support PR and communications plans across multiple brands Assist with influencer and KOL campaigns (paid & non-paid) Prepare press reports and campaign updates Draft press releases and support media outreach Manage content and posting for company social media accounts Coordinate invoices, POs, and reporting Create and resize visual assets using Canva or Photoshop Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Canva and Adobe Photoshop Intermediate MS Office skills Marketing/Communications degree or equivalent experience Benefits Work with leading beauty brands Collaborative and supportive team Great opportunity for career growth Apply now and be part of Cosmax’s growing communications team.
