The Compensation & Data Analyst is a key member of the People Operations team, supporting both compensation programs and the integrity of people data across HR systems. This role is responsible for compensation administration, data validation, audit activities, and ongoing data governance to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable employee data. Working closely with HRIS, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, and other cross-functional partners, the analyst helps maintain data quality, support compensation processes, and enable accurate reporting and analytics across People Operations.
