As a Compliance Executive, you will support the delivery of our Compliance Monitoring Programme, helping to assess and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements across the business. This includes areas such as financial crime, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, and data privacy.
Among your responsibilities might be:
Assist on continuous and thematic monitoring reviews (to include planning, fieldwork, close out meetings, report production and action tracking etc.) in Henley, London, overseas group offices and at third parties as required, in order that appropriate assurance is provided to senior management as to the compliance of the firm with its policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Represent Compliance Monitoring in project work streams and change management projects, as required.
Liaise with the Compliance Advisory teams on emerging themes and review findings in order for these to be incorporated into the Compliance advice provided to the business.
Build and maintain relationships with key business partners throughout the compliance monitoring process.
To continue to drive excellence, proactive engagement and challenge and reassess work output and relationships with a view to building continuous improvement.
You'll need to have:
Experience within Compliance Monitoring, Audit, Risk, or a related control function, ideally within asset management or financial services.
A good understanding of European regulatory frameworks, including exposure to regulators such as the FCA, CBI, CSSF, and/or BaFin.
Knowledge of the asset management regulatory landscape.
Strong analytical and investigative skills, with data analytics experience considered a plus.
A degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently when required.
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
