Configuration Manager

Requirements

• Experience in Configuration Management or a similar role
• Experience with system migrations and configuration updates
• Strong project tracking and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

1. Project Tracking:
• Record, check, and monitor production key information.
• Update and track production key statuses.
• Coordinate with clients regarding production key requests and status updates.
2. Client Communication on Configurations:
• Conduct research on client websites to gather relevant information.
• Create or verify test accounts, ensuring they are active and topped up.
• Align bet settings with current exchange rates, updating as necessary.
• Discuss and adjust bet settings with clients when required.
• Ensure all documentation is in order, including compliance checks and license
verification.
• Review and validate Launch Forms and project documentation.
3. Configuration Migration and Termination:
• Manage and process the migration of production keys between servers, as necessary.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding key migrations and terminations
of inactive keys.
4. Bet Settings Management:
• Calculate and create custom bet settings upon request.
• Conduct bet settings research and ensure settings are optimized.
5. Quality Assurance (QA) Support:
• Prepare configuration information for QA verification.
6. Ad Hoc Support Tasks:
• Handle client communication through emails and Teams.
• Prepare tasks related to missing currencies and compile the necessary information for
decision-making.
• Assist in preparing supporting information for automation processes.
• Check production key status and provide regular reports to clients and the Senior
Configuration Manager
.• Collaborate with account management, finance, support, success, and API teams to
ensure the timely progress of configuration tasks.

Reporting:

• You will regularly report to the Senior Configuration Manager (Key Master) and work in
• close coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations of configuration-
• related tasks.
• This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
• to ensure successful management of configuration processes and client interactions.
