Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseillère en ingénirie de données pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Responsabilités

• Faire l'intégration d'un très grand volume de données cliniques provenant d'un nouvel orchestrateur et des systèmes de dossiers médicaux électroniques;

• L'intégration et la normalisation s'appuieront sur la solution Healthcare Data Solutions de Fabric pour construire un pipeline de données exploitant une architecture médaillon (couches Bronze, Silver et Gold) déployée sur des Lakehouses.

Qualifications

• Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, en administration des affaires, en gestion, ou dans un domaine connexe.   L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec;

• Microsoft Power BI Analyste en données PL-300, Tableau certifié associé/professionnel;

• Power Platform associé fonctionnel PL-200 (ou équivalences);

• Posséder au moins QUINZE (15) années d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information;

• Posséder au moins CINQ (5) années d’expérience acquise au cours des DIX (10) dernières années, en BI, analytique ou visualisation de données;

• Expérience concrète confirmée avec Power BI, dans le développement de rapports, tableau de bord décisionnel, modélisation dimensionnelle, DAX avancé et Power Query;

• Expérience en gestion de projets Agile (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ou SAFe) ou dans des approches hybrides Agile + Waterfall;

• Posséder SEPT (7) ans d’expérience en ingénierie de données;

• Expertise démontrée du standard d’interopérabilité HL7 FHIR et de son format d’export NDJSON;

• Expérience de la solution Healthcare Data Solutions dans Microsoft Fabric;

• Maîtrise avancée de la langue française parlée et écrite.

Atouts:

• Connaissance des outils collaboratifs (Azure DevOps);

• Connaissance du domaine de la santé;

• Connaissance des enjeux de confidentialité et de sécurité des renseignements de santé (Loi 25, gouvernance des données sensibles);

• Expérience de migration ou de décommissionnement de solutions d’intégration ou d’orchestration existantes;

• Connaissance de la Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
