Requirements may vary by role, but candidates typically have:
A Bachelor's degree (completed or expected completion) in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership experience through internships, student organizations, research, volunteer work, or extracurricular activities
Analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Mexico City
