Contract Administrator (Consultant Contracts & Statements of Work)

Location: Stockholm
Assignment: Full-time (100%)
Duration: Mid-September – 1 March (Parental Leave Cover)

About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support their organisation with consultant contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs). This is an administration-heavy role suited to someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

About the Role

As a Contract Administrator, you'll take ownership of the administration and coordination of consultant contracts throughout their lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and consultants to ensure contracts are processed accurately, remain compliant, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, process, and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) for consulting engagements.

  • Prepare consultant contracts using standard templates, including limited contract negotiations.

  • Manage and track SOW timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones.

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and consultants regarding contract-related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with internal contracting policies, legal requirements, and best practices.

  • Maintain organised records of consultant contracts, SOWs, amendments, and related documentation.

  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and other procurement-related administrative tasks.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Experience in administration, procurement, contracting, or a similar corporate support role.

  • A basic understanding of contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contractual language.

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and efficient manner.

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Assignment Details

  • Location: Stockholm

  • Start: Mid-September

  • End: 1 March

  • Employment Type: Full-time consultant assignment (100%)
