The Contract Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent across a variety of functions. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple manufacturing sites.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage offer development, negotiations, and acceptance processes.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Experience, Skills, Education:
Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of full cycle recruitment required, with specialty in production, operations, maintenance, and light industrial preferred.
Applicant tracking system experience required, Workday preferred.
Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet recruiting deadlines required.
Ability to travel <10% nationwide.
