Key Responsibilities.
•
Application of stop sales and free sales into the database system upon receipt from the hotel or Contract Manager.
•
Application of rate changes and terms and conditions amendments into the database system received from the hotel / Contract Manager.
•
Load proomotions into the database system upon receipt from the Contract Manager.
•
Load supplier contracts for Non Accommodation as per the information provided by the Contracting team.
•
Ensure that the database is updated accurately and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
•
Participate in the training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
•
Participate in the Learning & Development trainings.
•
