Join us at U&I Trust as a Corporate Partnerships Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in engaging with corporate partners, ensuring smooth CSR collaborations, and strengthening long-term relationships. This role is all about nurturing partnerships, maintaining proactive communication, and ensuring our CSR initiatives run seamlessly—without a sales-driven approach.
🔹 Corporate Partnership Management – Engage with existing and new corporate partners to facilitate impactful CSR collaborations. Act as the key liaison between corporate donors and U&I’s program teams, ensuring alignment of CSR initiatives.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders. Represent U&I at meetings, CSR events, and networking forums. Keep partners engaged and informed.
🔹 Client Servicing & Partner Support – Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new corporate partners. Address partner inquiries, provide timely project updates, and work towards long-term donor engagement.
🔹 Reporting & Compliance – Prepare reports and presentations to showcase impact. Assist corporate partners in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements related to CSR contributions. Maintain accurate records of engagements and commitments.
✔️ A graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in CSR partnerships, corporate relations, or donor management.
✔️ Strong communication skills – written and verbal. You know how to engage corporate stakeholders and articulate impact effectively.
✔️ A relationship-first mindset – you excel at nurturing partnerships and ensuring long-term engagement.
✔️ Organizational skills & attention to detail – you can juggle multiple partnerships, documentation, and reporting without breaking a sweat.
✔️ Proactive problem-solving – you don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
➕ A background in impact-driven work, corporate partnerships, or donor engagement.
➕ Experience with reporting, documentation, and CSR compliance.
