We are looking for Cost Optimisation Manager .
Your main tasks will be:
- Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
- Analysing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement;
- Developing and implementing cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
- Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation.
We expect from you:
- English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+;
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use;
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skill;
- Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
