Key Responsibilities Attend customers at the sales counter professionally. Recommend sweets, cakes, and bakery products. Handle billing and cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and product display. Replenish stock on shelves and counters. Assist customers with product information. Coordinate with kitchen/store staff for stock availability. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Required Skills Customer Service – Handle customers courteously. Counter Sales – Manage retail counter operations.
