Counterintelligence (CI) Officer
Location: McLean/Dulles (fully on-site, no remote option)

Bespoke Technologies is currently seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers at all levels with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to research, analyze, and investigate complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools. The CI Officers will also be expected to provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to customer management.Basic Qualifications:- Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance; candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualified
- Experience writing intelligence products and reports
- Experience conducting CI reviews and requirements
- Ability to apply CI and risk management principles to safeguard operations
- Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
- Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
- Strong analytic writing and editing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully
- Demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
- Experience supporting senior decision makers
Required Qualifications:- Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree
