About this role

We are seeking someone to join our team a Regional Director / AVP to ensure HR communications are locally relevant and culturally fluent - while staying aligned to enterprise narratives and standards.

In the Corporate Communications department, we cultivate and protect the Firm’s powerful global brand and reputation, leveraging our resources across media relations, internal communications, philanthropy and digital strategy to ensure we present the Firm consistently in all that we do. This is a Director level position within our Communications Job Family which is primarily responsible for the crafting and development of messages and programs aimed at the firm’s employees overall, as well as the firm’s Financial Advisors and Field Management.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Lead HR communications strategy for assigned regions (Asia, EMEA, Americas).
    Role summary
  • Tailor global messages for local context while maintaining enterprise consistency.
  • Partner with regional HR leadership to plan communications and manage high-impact moments.
  • Ensure regional execution follows governance, standards and channel guidance.
  • Surface regional insights, risks and feedback to improve enterprise planning and delivery. What you bring (required / preferred)

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated expertise working across groups - aligning central teams and regional leaders.
  • Typically 5-7 years' experience in HR and/or employee communications, with proven experience executing communications across at least one major region (e.g., Asia, EMEA, Americas).
  • Strong judgment and cultural fluency; ability to balance nuance with clarity.
  • Excellent writing/editing skills and stakeholder management.
  • A do it right, do it simple, tech-enabled mindset.

Preferred: HR subject-matter expertise (or proven HR partnership track record).
