1. 具規劃撰寫產品5G smallcell, O-RAN RU 軟體開發時期測試計畫，並依計畫執行驗證產出完整測試報告
2. 審閱客戶需求規格，依相關標準���定或法規制定測試情境
3. 具軟體自動化程式經驗與獨立作業能力
4. 具溝通協調與團隊合作經驗者佳
5. 具光通訊產品經驗尤佳
