Job Summary**
Primoris Energy Services is seeking skilled Craft Professionals for various roles in Haskell, TX. These positions involve hands-on construction, maintenance, and operational tasks crucial to energy infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities**
* Execute assigned construction, installation, maintenance, or repair tasks according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety standards.
* Operate and maintain a variety of tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to the craft.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE and participating in safety briefings.
* Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work instructions.
* Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or project discrepancies to supervisors.
* Perform quality checks on work completed to ensure compliance with standards.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Qualifications**
*OSHA 10
* Proven experience in a relevant craft (e.g., pipefitter, welder, electrician, heavy equipment operator, laborer) within the energy or construction industry.
* Ability to read, understand, and execute tasks based on blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
* Strong understanding and commitment to safety practices and procedures.
* Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
* Relevant certifications or licenses specific to the craft (e.g., welding certifications, crane operator certifications) are highly preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship is a plus.
