Team Leadership & Development:

  • Support and mentor a hard-working team of project managers, ensuring they are equipped to lead day-to-day operations and partner needs.

Business Engagement & Operations:

  • Work closely with leadership to align account and project management practices with overall creative and business goals.

  • Lead quarterly and monthly business reviews to evaluate business account processes and tools, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency within the account.

  • Partner with the operations and finance teams to understand account budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
