Job Description

Your Role: Creative Brand Designer

We’re looking for a brilliant Creative Brand Designer to join Global’s Brand Design Team, someone who sits comfortably between brand design and creative campaign thinking. You’ll help find the idea, shape the visual thought and bring it to life across some of the UK’s biggest entertainment brands.

Please submit your portfolio with your application.

As a Creative Brand Designer at Global, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Idea Generation & Concept Development (35%)
Get involved early in the creative process, turning briefs, insights and brand challenges into compelling ideas. You’ll contribute to brainstorming, concept development and visual exploration, challenging briefs and developing ideas that can work across multiple channels and formats.

  • Campaign & Brand Design Delivery (35%)
Create distinctive campaigns and brand work across OOH, social, digital, print, video and events. You’ll develop visual identities, campaign worlds, key visuals, typography and layouts, ensuring work is conceptually strong and beautifully crafted from initial idea through to final delivery.

  • Art Direction & Creative Production (15%)
Art direct photography, illustration, motion, AI-generated imagery and other creative production where appropriate. You’ll also work hands-on across Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools to bring ideas to life to a consistently high standard.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
Work closely with Creative Leads, the Creative Director, designers and teams across marketing, brand, digital, content and events. You’ll confidently present your creative thinking, collaborate with internal and external creatives and contribute to a genuinely collaborative studio culture.

What You’ll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: Create work for some of the UK’s biggest media and entertainment brands, developing ideas that can be experienced at national scale across OOH, social, digital and beyond.

  • Own It: Shape the idea, not just execute it. You’ll take work from an initial thought or scamp through to a fully realised creative concept and final delivery.

  • Keep it Simple: Turn complex brand and marketing challenges into clear, compelling and instantly recognisable creative work that cuts through.

  • Better Together: Be part of a dynamic creative studio, collaborating with designers, marketers, content teams and external partners to continually raise the creative bar.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Developed a strong understanding of our brands, audiences, competitors and the markets we operate in.

  • Become a trusted creative partner to the wider marketing, brand and studio teams.

  • Brought forward ideas that make people stop and look, demonstrating a clear creative point of view.

  • Produced work that raises the quality and ambition of the studio’s creative output.

  • Demonstrated your ability to move confidently between concept, art direction, brand and design.

  • Built strong relationships across the Brand Design Team and wider Global business.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Brand Designer, Art Director, Graphic Designer or within a similar hybrid creative role.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and exceptional design craft, including how ideas develop from insight through to execution.

  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, art direction, image-making and visual identity.

  • Experience creating work across multiple channels, particularly OOH, digital, social and campaign environments.

  • The ability to work within established brands while knowing when and how to push and evolve them.

  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, alongside an interest in emerging creative tools and AI.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain not only what the work looks like, but why it works.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.

  • Curiosity about culture, design, music, entertainment, technology and the world around you.

  • A collaborative and positive approach, plenty of ideas and a genuine desire to create memorable work.

Please submit your portfolio with your application.
