About the Role
As a Creative Prompt Engineer at ShopOS, you’ll combine creativity with AI to build scalable, high-quality outputs for fashion and brand-focused use cases. This role goes beyond writing prompts — you’ll think like a creative strategist while building structured systems that generate consistent, campaign-ready outputs. You’ll work across AI tools to create visuals, refine workflows, and enable teams to produce high-quality creative assets at scale.
What You’ll Own
- Prompting & AI Systems
- Design, test, and optimize prompts across image, video, and system-level AI tools
- Build scalable prompt systems and workflows for repeatable outputs
- Maintain consistency in AI-generated outputs across campaigns and use cases
- Continuously refine prompts based on quality, feedback, and performance
- Creative Visual Production
- Create AI-generated visuals for marketing campaigns, ads, and social media
- Develop moodboards and creative directions for fashion and lifestyle brands
- Translate brand identity into scalable AI-driven creative systems
- Produce campaign-ready assets using image and video AI tools
- Workflow & Automation
- Build structured, prompt-driven workflows for creative generation
- Support CRM and automation pipelines with AI-powered creative systems
- Enable scalable content production with minimal manual effort
- Document workflows for repeatability and cross-team usage
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering (core requirement)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation
- Strong creative visualization skills
- Basic understanding of fashion styling, trends, and aesthetics
Systems & Workflow
- Ability to design structured workflows (not just one-off prompts)
- Understanding of marketing creatives and campaign thinking
- Awareness of AI tools across different use cases
Mindset & Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong iteration mindset
- Clear communication of creative and AI-driven decisions
- Collaborative across creative, CRM, and engineering teams
- Self-driven, curious, and proactive in exploring AI capabilities
Bonus Points
- Experience working with fashion or e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools across multiple creative workflows
- Exposure to CRM systems or marketing automation pipelines
