CRNA to join the Virginia implementation team supporting various NAPA sites across the Virginia region. Total Rewards
Hourly Rate: $310K annual (exempt position)
Sign-on bonus: $20K
• 42.5 hours per week 
• Inclusive of 2 calls per month, if a third call may be required, it would result in an additional $1,000 stipend for the month in which that call is taken.
• Reimbursements: Up to $50 per workday for food (Receipts must be submitted).
• Mileage to and from home to hotel/lodging reimbursed up to $139/night (may increase rate based on location, with approval).
Comprehensive benefits package: 
• Mileage to and from home to site if greater than 30 miles one way reimbursed at IRS mileage rates.
• Team member may request mileage or lodging but are expected to find lodging within 30 miles of the site if choosing a hotel.
• Reimbursement for additional fees includes state licenses, application fees, staff dues, and other such fees as appropriate.
• Car Rental: Mid-size or standard. Reasonable rates as determined by the Rental Car Agreement.
• Air travel should be a rare exception and will require pre-approval.

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: CRNA may be used up to one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift.
• Diverse case mix.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Hold a current/valid unrestricted license and have a valid National Provider
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Must be willing and able to travel between locations
